Break...Finally

I have been SUPER busy since Thanksgiving so I have no new cards to post. Good news though my week is finally slowing down and I should be able to get some new stuff up!! Yeah!  Also picked up a new Cricut cartridge yesterday at Wal-Mart. (Four Legged Friends) I CAN NOT wait to make something with it.   Hmmm.....maybe a birthday card.

Last of my Thanksgiving Cards

I finished my last two Thanksgiving Card. The first one I printed a clip art of Eeyore and used bits of scrap paper I had around.

The next card I printed the Turkey from Graphic Fairy.  Again I used scraps I had laying around and added the Leaf Brads.  I think it turned out really well.

Another Thanksgiving Card

This was the last card I worked on last night. Again the paper is from K&C Company Fall Harvest Mat and Making Memories Embellishment Paper. I printed out the give thanks and the pumpkin stickers are Jolee's Boutique.

First Thanksgiving Card...Finally

After weeks of trying to sit down and create a Thanksgiving card, I have finally succeeded!! The paper is K&C Company Fall Harvest Mat Pad.  The turkey is free Carson-Dellosa Clip Art  from the internet that I colored with pencils. I printed the saying on the computer and the Leaf Brads are Recollections brand that I picked up at Michaels.  Hopefully this card will inspire me to make a few more Thanksgiving cards not Christmas cards.

First Piece of Clutter

This is my new blog that my mother-in-law (http://slschario.blogspot.com/) talked me into starting.  She convinced me that I need a place to post my cards that I have been making with my cricut machine.

I have been using the cricut for about a year now and it is my new found hobby.

I named my Blog "It's Not Clutter" because my husband complains it just causes clutter in the house !!!!

I will be posting the work that I do with the cricut and other craft supplies that I am working with.

Lately, I have been working on Christmas Cards for challenges on the cricut message board.

I used paper from My Mind's Eye- Sweet Dream Holiday Avenue pack.  I tore both papers and inked them with brown ink to give them an worn look. I cut the snowflake from the Winter Woodland cartridge.
